Little Monkey is going to have a baby brother!!!

Don’t believe those Old Wives’ Tales!

• High heart rate above 140 bpm means girl…WRONG – Baby boy has had a heart rate between 152-166 bpm
• Morning sickness means girl…WRONG – I was sick from 5 weeks until 14 weeks!
• Wide round belly (watermelon like) means girl…WRONG – I had such a cute round belly the first time around.
• Acne means girl…WRONG – It was the worst in my first trimester. I never had a problem with acne with my first!
• Baby boys cling to you because they don’t sense competition if you are having a girl…WRONG – My 10 month old cousin clings to me and he doesn’t try to squirm away or cry when I carry him.

I was hoping for a girl, but I LOVE my baby boy! It has been harder for everyone around me because my family has been dying for a baby girl to be born. We are all producing boys!
