For those of you who have missed it, I had Little Monkey via c-section. I am very interested in how NOT to have another c-section the second time around. I had a TERRIBLE recovery. I’ve watched Ricki Lake and Abby Epstein’s documentary “The Business of Being Born“. I really, really want to have as little medical intervention as possible when having the next baby. That being said I am a realist and I am not against taking advice from my doctor, but I would like to be better prepared and not so blind to all my options. I am preparing myself mentally for the challenges that lie ahead with wanting a VBAC…and we haven’t even created baby #2 yet! Ricki Lake and Abby Epstein have collaborated again for “Your Best Birth” book!

I watched Business of Being Born when I was pregnant and loved it! Too bad my son was born early because I didn't have time to prep with all the natural birth classes and I ended up needing a ton of medical intervention just to stop all the preterm labor. . .
Nice to meet ya! I had 2 C sections…one was no problem at all, the second took forever to recover from. Stopping by from SITS to Share Some Sunday Comment Love!
