Okay, there is a little naughty language on this post, but all to make a good point.
Skinny B*tch has released a book for the men called “Skinny B*stard”. These books use some naughty language to grab and hold your attention. I am not a vegan by any means (I like vegan meals, but I LOVE Chicken). These books are definitely a wake up call to pay attention to what you are putting into your body. I know quite a few people who have changed their eating habits thanks to Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin. I bought my copy of “Skinny B*tch” and “Skinny B*itch in the Kitch” so that I can start making some delicious vegan recipes. Yummy yummy.
