Sorry I’ve been slacking a little lately. Little Monkey and I are still getting adjusted to our temporary housing at my parents’ house until the hubby gets back from Germany.
Last Saturday we had a late birthday party for Little Monkey since he turned 2 on April 10. It was a really great turnout. I don’t think my parents’ have had that many people in their house in a while. It was great. Little Monkey did really well with all the people in the house. He was so independent. I’m not used to that! When all the kids went into the backyard he went right with them – didn’t need my help whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I had a few moments where I would realize I hadn’t checked on my son in a while. Little Monkey was having a blast and didn’t need mommy or daddy’s help!
My email inbox is a crazy mess and I am working on getting it cleaned out. Today I am so tired that my eyes are burning. So I will be off to the guest bedroom early that will have my bed hog toddler on it.
