Spa Break Giveaway – thanks to Fiber One (CLOSED)

Thanks to Fiber One’s new Chocolate Mocha Chewy Bar each delicious bar delivers 35% of the recommended daily fiber intake and also is a good source of calcium. I am a little over 7 months free from Pepsi and caffeinated coffees (by choice I was a Pepsiholic and coffee fanatic) so I was a little worried that the small amount of coffee goodness in these chewy bars would send me through a java jolt for days, but it didn’t. The coffee and chocolate flavoring were very well balanced – neither one overpowering the other. I was surprised at how that one bar for breakfast kept me full until lunchtime! I have other granola bars that I eat for breakfast, but I start looking for something else to fill me up shortly after eating them.

    I’m actually one of the few people who is not supposed to eat a lot of fiber. I have gastroparesis, and my stomach can’t digest very much fiber. So I don’t need the fiber, but I do need a spa break! I’m physically reaching my limit, and my body is screaming at me to crash. If I don’t take a break soon, my body will crash on me and make me take a break!

    I need a spa break because I’m exhausted. My chiropractor has told me I need to find time to go get a massage. And I’m searching high and low for donations for my wee ones’ special needs preschool, which is a challenge in this economy! Oh. You only needed one reason, didn’t you?
